Refund Requests
Due to the nature of this program, refunds are generally not offered. This is a personalized 1-on-1 mentorship platform that includes direct access to mentorship from Swaggy and Swaggy's Trader Coaches, along with virtual and digital educational content, resources, and support.
Once access has been granted and mentorship time has been provided, that time and those delivered services cannot be recovered or returned.
Case-by-Case Consideration
We understand that individual circumstances may vary. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for members who meet the following condition:
Eligibility Requirement
You must have been enrolled in the program for at least four (4) months and have had reasonable opportunity to access the mentorship, services, and program materials.
Company Discretion
Any refund consideration is solely at the discretion of the company and will be evaluated based on participation, engagement, and the individual circumstances of the request.
