These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of, access to, and participation in products, programs, mentorships, educational materials, communities, coaching, events, digital products, and other services offered under the Deep Pockets brand ("Deep Pockets," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Deep Pockets product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Risk & Earnings Disclaimer, and our Refund Policy.

Deep Pockets is an educational and mentorship company. Our programs are designed to provide education, mentorship, market knowledge, trading methodologies, resources, community access, and support intended to help participants improve their understanding, skills, discipline, and abilities as traders.

We are committed to doing our part by providing the products, services, education, mentorship, resources, and support included in the program you purchase.

However, doing our part does not mean that we can guarantee what happens in your trading account. Trading results depend upon numerous factors outside of our control, including your individual decisions, experience, skill, discipline, risk management, available capital, participation, market conditions, and implementation of the information provided.

Deep Pockets does not guarantee profits, income, investment returns, trading success, account growth, funded accounts, withdrawals, or any other specific financial result. There are no guaranteed results in trading.

Your purchase is a purchase of education, mentorship, access, resources, and/or services described in the program you selected. You are not purchasing a guaranteed financial outcome.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Results experienced by Deep Pockets, its educators, students, customers, affiliates, or community members do not guarantee or necessarily represent the results that you will achieve.

Additional disclosures concerning trading risk, performance, testimonials, and hypothetical or simulated results are contained in our Risk & Earnings Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Deep Pockets provides educational and informational content and does not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Nothing provided through a Deep Pockets program should be interpreted as a recommendation or solicitation to purchase, sell, or hold any particular security, commodity, futures contract, forex product, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

Deep Pockets does not know your complete financial circumstances, investment objectives, financial needs, or risk tolerance. You remain solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the capital you choose to trade or invest.

You acknowledge that financial markets can be volatile and unpredictable and that no trading strategy, educator, mentor, methodology, indicator, software, system, signal, analysis, or educational program can eliminate trading risk or guarantee profitability.

You should never trade with money that you cannot afford to lose.

The specific products, services, features, coaching, mentorship, educational materials, community access, events, software, resources, or other benefits included with your purchase are determined by the program and tier selected at the time of purchase.

Different Deep Pockets programs and tiers may contain different benefits, access periods, communication methods, coaching availability, response times, and services.

Deep Pockets may make reasonable modifications to program delivery, scheduling, educators, technology platforms, community platforms, curriculum, or methods of providing substantially similar services when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the program. Any material change will not eliminate the core services purchased without an appropriate substitute or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Your results depend substantially upon your own participation and decisions.

You agree that you are responsible for attending or utilizing available educational opportunities, reviewing materials, completing any applicable assignments or training, practicing appropriate risk management, making your own trading decisions, and asking for assistance when needed.

Failure to participate in or utilize available program resources does not constitute a failure by Deep Pockets to provide those resources.

You agree to pay all amounts associated with the product or program selected at checkout or otherwise agreed to in writing.

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for payments according to the payment schedule disclosed at purchase, subject to any cancellation or refund rights expressly provided by applicable law, your agreement, or our Refund Policy.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Deep Pockets products and services. You authorize Deep Pockets and its authorized payment processors to process payments in accordance with the payment arrangement you select.

Refund eligibility, refund requests, cancellation procedures, processing timelines, and any applicable deductions or limitations are governed by the Deep Pockets Refund Policy applicable to your purchase.

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

All Deep Pockets educational materials, videos, recordings, presentations, trading methodologies, course materials, documents, graphics, software, systems, templates, community content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Deep Pockets and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, record, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share, upload, commercially exploit, or provide access to Deep Pockets materials to any third party without prior written authorization.

Program access is provided solely to the individual or entity that purchased the applicable product or service unless otherwise expressly authorized.

Sharing login credentials, distributing protected content, allowing unauthorized individuals to access paid communities or educational materials, or otherwise circumventing access restrictions is prohibited.

Deep Pockets may suspend or terminate access for material violations of this provision.

Participants must interact respectfully with educators, employees, contractors, and other members of the Deep Pockets community.

Harassment, threats, fraudulent activity, unauthorized solicitation, impersonation, distribution of another person's confidential information, intentional disruption of program operations, or other materially abusive conduct may result in suspension or termination from the program.

Any refund rights following termination remain governed by the applicable Refund Policy, agreement, and law.

Deep Pockets may utilize third-party platforms, brokers, prop firms, payment processors, software providers, communication platforms, or other third-party services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Deep Pockets does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, outages, policies, account decisions, rule changes, financial condition, or availability.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions.

Testimonials, student experiences, case studies, screenshots, trading results, or other examples presented by Deep Pockets represent individual experiences.

They should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar results. Individual results vary.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

Any hypothetical, backtested, simulated, illustrative, or model results provided by Deep Pockets are subject to the additional disclosures contained in our Risk & Earnings Disclaimer.

No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to hypothetical or simulated results shown.

The terms of your purchase are determined by the applicable checkout page, written program description, these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Risk & Earnings Disclaimer, and any separate written agreement executed between you and Deep Pockets.

Statements made by employees, contractors, sales representatives, educators, affiliates, or other representatives do not modify your written agreement unless the modification is expressly authorized by Deep Pockets and confirmed in writing.

Nothing in this provision permits Deep Pockets or its representatives to make false or misleading statements or eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Pockets and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, educators, and affiliates will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, market movements, or financial decisions made by a participant based upon educational information provided through a Deep Pockets product or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deep Pockets and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of Deep Pockets materials, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property.

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, notices, receipts, and other communications electronically.

Your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including acceptance through a checkbox, electronic signature, or other affirmative electronic action, constitutes your agreement to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Deep Pockets may update these Terms periodically.

The Terms applicable to a purchase will be the version presented or otherwise made available in connection with that purchase, except where subsequent changes are required by law or separately agreed to by the participant.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the applicable program description, checkout terms, Risk & Earnings Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and any separately executed written agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Deep Pockets concerning the applicable purchase and supersede prior discussions or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your participation in any Deep Pockets product or service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Unless otherwise provided in a separate written agreement between you and Deep Pockets, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Connecticut, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
